SunBug’s customer service team delivers a variety of corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and specialty solar-related services for residences, nonprofit organizations, and businesses across Massachusetts. As a certified B-Corp, that commitment to the ongoing wellbeing of our customers—and, by extension, the wellbeing of the world—is a core part of who we are as a company, and we take pride in each issue we’re able to help you resolve.

Our certified licensed service electricians focus primarily on the care and performance of solar PV systems SunBug has installed for our customers. However, on a case-by-case basis, we do sometimes take on the service needs of installations performed by other solar companies who may be out of business, no longer operating in Massachusetts, or otherwise unavailable to fulfill the needs of their customers.
